Hey, I’m Allan Tecson — a UI/UX designer who loves turning complex ideas into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
My interest in design and tech started early, messing around with digital art and exploring how people interact with screens. That curiosity quickly turned into a full-on passion for crafting meaningful digital experiences.

Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of teams—from scrappy startups to well-established brands—helping them shape products that not only look good but actually work for real users.

When I’m not designing, there’s a good chance I’m gaming. I love diving into immersive worlds and strategy-heavy games—they keep me sharp and inspired in ways that often show up in my work.

Process

Research & Planning

I start every project by diving deep into the requirements and understanding the scope. From there, I explore the competitive landscape—looking at what others are doing, what’s working well, and where there’s room to stand out. I take those insights and align them with the project’s specific goals to shape a focused, achievable strategy. This mix of research and clarity up front sets the foundation for smart, user-centered design decisions later on.

Design & Testing

Once the strategy is in place, I move into design—starting with low-fidelity wireframes to map out structure and flow. Then I build interactive prototypes to test how things feel in motion and start shaping the visual direction with colors, typography, and imagery that align with the brand.

Testing plays a big role here too. I run usability tests to gather real feedback, refine based on what I learn, and make sure the experience is smooth for everyone—including accessibility checks to ensure it works well for users of all abilities.

Implementation to Post-Launch

When it’s time to build, I hand off detailed design specs and assets to the dev team and stay closely involved to make sure everything is implemented just right. I also support quality assurance testing to catch any issues early.

After launch, I shift focus to performance—tracking analytics, gathering user feedback, and making tweaks as needed. Design is never really “done,” so I keep an open feedback loop to ensure the product keeps improving over time.
